- Pricing
- 2. PRICING 2.1 All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling. 2.2 All prices include V.A.T. at 15% exclusive postage for delivery to U.K. mainland destinations. 2.3 Prices shown are subject to review without prior notice being given and are valid at the time of viewing. 2.4 Pricing is displayed clearly at the time of purchase and is not subject to change once the order has been placed with GiftsUkOnline.co.uk 2.5 All prices are exclusive of delivery charges for delivery to all U.K. mainland destinations. 2.6 Carriage charges to all other destinations other than the U.K. mainland are available upon enquiry with GiftsUkOnline( sales@giftsukonline.co.uk ). 2.7 If, in error, we have incorrectly priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refunds policy .

PAYMENT 3.1 Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, by one of the following payment methods: Major credit cards as listed: Mastercard, Visa, Switch / Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta. Cheques made payable to West Linton Post Office Bank transfer direct to West Linton Post Office

- 4. TRANSFER OF RISK The risk in the goods shall fully pass to the Customer once the goods have been dispatched. A proof of posting will be kept with all dispatch notes. .

- 5. DELIVERY 5.1 DELIVERY DATE: GiftsUkOnline aim to deliver all products within seven working days from the processing of payment. Despatch normally takes place on the same day as payment is processed. Any orders which will exceed 28 days to complete, the Customer will be notified in writing and will be offered the option of order cancellation and a refund of payment. Any products not available at the time of ordering will be despatched to the Customer as soon as is possible. 5.2 GiftsUkOnline cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers (for example - through shortage of supply) or by our nominated delivery company (for example - through vehicle breakdown or severe weather conditions). Goods that are proven to be "lost in transit" will be re-despatched without delay once the "loss" has been confirmed with our nominated delivery company or will be refunded in full in accordnace with the customers wishes. 5.2 SHIPPING: All products are despatched from our warehousing facilities. The Customer may request an alternative method of delivery other than GiftsUkOnline nominated carrier. This must be requested at the point of ordering and any goods despatched by any other method specified by the customer will be completely at the customers own risk.

- 6. ACCEPTANCE 6.1 Your order with us is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually despatch an item to you, at which point a contract will be made between us. At any point up until then we may decline to supply an item to you. If we decline to supply an item to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy. 6.2 Where items are despatched separately, our acceptance of the order in respect of each item takes place when that item is dispatched.

- 7. CANCELLATIONS 7.1 By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods ordered within seven working days (referred to as the "cooling off period") of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us by either telephoning us on 01968 660229, by writing to us at the following address stating the reason for the return: GiftsUkOnline, West Linton Post Office, Main Street, West Linton, EH46 7EE. or by e-mailing us at sales@giftsukonline.co.uk directly with GiftsUkOnline. Please remember, order despatch normally takes place the same day as payment is processed. 7.2 Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. 7.3 For your protection, we recommend that you package the relevant item(s) securely and return it to us using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. 7.4 Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. 7.5 You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: giftwrapping) as this service forms part of a separate contract contract with us and by its very nature needs to be applied before goods can be shipped. 7.6 The cost of gift wrapping is not refundable for goods that have been cancelled within the the cooloing off period but is refundable for goods that have been delivered in error or has been damaged.

- 8. RETURNS PROCEDURE 8.1 The Customer must contact GiftsUkOnline either by telephone or by e-mail ( sales@giftsukonline.co.uk ) to obtain a returns authorisation. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. The cost of returning goods to GiftsUkOnline is to be met by the Customer. Please note that in the event of your returned items not being received, no refund can be made unless a post office franked proof of posting can be provided. If the returned items value is up to £39 in value, please use Royal Mails 'Signed For' service, or if over £39 in value then we advise that you use Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service. Information on charges relating to Royal Mail's Special Delivery service can be found by visting www.royalmail.com . 8.2 In cases where the goods are rejected within a reasonable time because of a product defect, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by GiftsUkOnline before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are processed within seven days of a product being returned to GiftsUkOnline. 8.3 For returns made for any other reason than a manufacturing defect, the original shipping charge will not be included in the amount refunded to the customer. Please return an item in its original and undamaged packaging with all of its components. If an item is returned undamaged and in its original and undamaged packaging, we will offer you a refund in accordance with our refund policy. 8.5 If you do not return the item as instructed within 7 days of cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering (or attempting to recover) the item. 8.6 If you do not return an item after our reasonable attempts to recover it, you will be deemed to have accepted the item, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price then displayed within GiftsUkOnline.co.uk for the relevant product/s
